First, there is no legal or judicial process in arbitration.
Second, the lawyers and panel members (they can do either job depending on the case) are mostly employed in one way or another by the sports federations. So, there is no independence.
The IAAF wants him gone and it seems like he won't go quietly. Ask Floyd Landis how that worked out.
Landis was guilty although the panel used its own WADA mates to come to that conclusion.
He would have been found innocent if the Wada labs not supported each other.
However Landis is due for millions from the Armstrong case ; so who wins.
In the Edwards case some parts seem to be the same with each organisation covering up for each other.
