Yeah, that's all it is -- weak competition for Loudoun Valley. Hey, they can't really be an elite team. I mean, look at the times -- they are not indicative of a really elite team, right? Forget the mud. If Loudoun Valley was really a good team, the times would have been so much lower, because the clock is the ONLY indication of greatness.
Oh, no it isn't? Thanks for that, Mr. Centrowitz, and congratulations on your epic never-to-be-laughed-at Olympic gold medal, slowpoke!
Last year the winner Noah Affolder ran a 15:58 in the Gold race this meet.
This year the top 4 LV guys and Kujdych beat that time. Sam Affolder ran 20 seconds faster in this meet than he did last year in the same meet
without complete results.
Loudoun Valley put 5 ahead of Green Hope's #2 on Saturday. LV's 4-5 gap went from 45 seconds to 23 seconds in a week. Should be interesting to see how well that gap closes at NXN
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
