were they controlled? did you go to the well?
if they were controlled, i'd say 24:15 on a reasonably fast course in good conditions
if you were struggling during workouts and/or the course is slow and/or conditions are poor, i'd say 25:30

Theyve all been controlled. I try to only go to the well about 2 times a season in a workout

Holy crap, are you me? I just ran 5:16 pace for a 5 mile tempo and 7 x 1000 at 2:59.x average with 2-3 mins rest a week ago.
I'm guessing 25:15 since the course conditions probably aren't the greatest
