Interesting. I've been thinking of giving this a go myself, but imagine that in practice it might be difficult to achieve (or at least require a good bit of planning in advance). Can you give any examples of how your typical day looks diet wise?
For me the main thing is to take care of the issue at the source: the grocery store (I rarely eat out and never at convenience stores). I shop the perimeter of the store, loading up on fresh greens, nuts, avocados, pastured meat, fish, dairy (butterfat, no lactose) and eggs. I only go into the aisles for sauerkraut, nuts, soap and toilet paper. I don't eat any polyunsaturated oils, only olive, coconut or butter for cooking.
I generally eat in feeding windows of eight hours or so (intermittent fasting, which is very easy on keto), so my morning run is done fasted, or maybe off of coffee with cream. Every meal has a large salad, entree can be meat dish, omelette, etc.. Snacks are rare, as I am never in a hunger-craving mode like I always was on high carb, but I will take nuts, cheese, jerky along with kraut or cabbage while hiking or for after gym session. Some sort of alcohol drink most evenings. I also like V8 juice or tea with heavy cream. Dessert would be sour cream with stevia (sour/sweet) with berries and nuts or some dark chocolate.
