After a 903 by Bobby Lockhart in his 2nd steeple Ben Gregory runs 343 followed up by a 5k which saw Tegencamp go 1331 Withrow 1336 Solinsky 1338 and Eagon 1353. Best Coach, Program, and distance runners in the nation PERIOD. Can't wait to see what Bairu runs in the 10k.

you really think 903 is good for your second steeple? i ran 907 in my second steeple and couldnt break 1430 for 5k. ive met 900 guys who were 1445 guys as well. you would think lockhart would at least run under 8:50 with slightly horrible form.

Anyone know, how Ed Moran got 6th year?? he graduated HS in 1999.
but they put up some damn good results for not being thought of one. thats my whole point. 3 guys at 14 minutes with one under 13:40 is pretty good.
he was originally at univ of richmond and they dropped their program so he transferred. last year he broke his foot at cross regionals so he redshirted track in '04.
