Again, while this is a highly scientific possibility, this is to be handled at medical, clinical, agency and federation levels.

This is not to be dealt with at athlete level.

Whatever the end result will be, that is for agencies to debate.

Caster was approved to compete by numerous Track and Field overseeing bodies.

They gave the approval.

Caster is and was okay to compete.

She did her 11 months out of the sport to be tested before being approved.

Deal with the agencies.

Furthermore, is Semenya really the problem here?

Semenya is the scapegoat.

While she is definitely approved to compete, I am interested why no woman has been able to beat Kratochvilova's world record.

It seems to me that Semenya can't either. Ergo, what is the problem?

If Semenya can't beat Kratochvilova and the women can't beat Semenya then there is that cushion of 2 seconds that they can get to beat Semenya and then eclipse Kratochvilova. Until Semenya shows that she can beat her, this is really a non-issue

1> Can't beat the WR holder

2> Times are consummate with the other women

3> Multi-agency approved

She's fine to compete

Barb McKeever and the Via Marathon ruled that there wasn't conclusive evidence that Mike Rossi cheated in their race.

I guess their ruling should also be final and never questioned by those in the running community?

Caster can take the same amount of pride in his Olympic medals as Rossi can in "qualifying" for Boston.

Even deeper, one could truncate this even further if they wished.

They could easily claim that Kratochvilova, as being suspected as being on PEDs, sandbagged her 1:53 and change and that she was truly capable of a 1:49 or so.

We could do the same for Savinova and her times just under Ms. K.

However, this is not happening.

So, if we are not reasonably ready to entertain the notion that Ms. K sandbagged, then we realistically and practically cannot make that distinction for Semenya.

You can, I suppose, but then that is fueled by a fervor which has little to do with sport, itself.

Both decisions were motivated by factors other than the objective facts.

The IAAF and IOC didn't want to be attacked by SJWs / the MSM, who would have called them racists and bigoted against trans athletes.

Barb McKeever and company didn't want to alienate their 6 hr+ competitor base, whose race times might vary by an hour between races, depending on how much they walk, and are more likely to miss being photographed.

I knew that SeMANya was dogging it the last two years when he could have broken the WR for 800 and didn't. Anyway, regarding Semenya I'm sure she's a great person but I'd have fewer issues with her minus the obvious sandbagging. In the 40+ years I've followed this sport she is the only example of an athlete blatantly not giving her best time after time.

I am not scared of the condition becoming a trend and ruining women's athletics. Conservatives take small sample size and inflate absurdly beyond logical projection while applying fear and hate.
