Thanks for your input. I had never hear of Eoin Keith, so I'm reading his blog to better understand what you were referring to when asking for his input: "highlighted pitfalls and need for transparency and fully addressed that to the point where there are no questions."
Does Eoin Keith regularly post over there? It would be interesting to see what he thinks about the data and in general, with Mimi's effort...

I haven't gotten through all of that, but she mentions IV bags. Do you they might be doing a daily IV, or other 'stuff' to get through this effort?
Some hard questions for the URC fanboys:
- Mimi claims to have won the "TOUGH AS NAILS AWARD 2015". Please prove that this award exists and that she won it. I couldn't find anything.
http://www.mimirunsusa.com/meet-mimi/
- Why did Mimi only average 57 miles a day for one week on a treadmill, when she was much younger, while she is running more miles now in much more difficult conditions?
http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-kent-11613114
- Why is she only participating in stunts (just like Rob Young did) and never in regular 24 hours or 6 day races?
- Why is she doing all these "double" races, like double Comrades, double Spartathlon, double Badwater? Is it because there isn't any verification for the second part?
I'm completely confused at this point
This seems a bit OT, no?
Gary Dalton, I am well aware of your attempts to infiltrate our community. Don't think you will succeed, you are still a racist kÄfir.
When will you remove yourself from the Facebook group, because you are using a fake profile? Stop using fake names please.
For your enjoyment, "ultra experts" Rob Young and Gary Dalton about Mark Vaz cheating. The irony.
https://www.expressandstar.com/news/2016/05/11/marathon-man-marks-860-mile-world-record-called-into-question/Not a fanboy just looking at someone’s ultra history and deciding whether this person could realistically be doing this. Where do you get the idea that it is all stunt running? Her DUV stats are here: http://statistik.d-u-v.org/getresultperson.php?runner=17280Many established 100+ mile races and multidays there. The doubles I guess were done for fun and, no, probably not statistically verified. No idea about the Tough as Nails award but I wouldn’t get too hung up about that.Looks from the report like she wasn’t well when she did the treadmill and she has 8 years worth more ultra and multi day experience since then which more than compensates for any ageing when you’re that age. I speak from experience as I am doing stuff 10 times harder in my fifties than I did 8 years ago.

^This is pure BS. From age 20 to 28, maybe. Masters runners do not get magically faster as they age, and gain "experience." What they gain is "old age and treachery."
There's nothing in that link over 150 miles. Nothing that suggests she's remotely capable of 350+ miles per week. Try again.

And in Mimi's case, knee surgery.
She continues running with a stress fracture. Marvelous!

I was kicked off the URC group a long time ago by Islamophobes like Gary Kiernan / Dalton (he uses a fake profile) and Lindley. I prefer LRC, even when some trolling is going on here. Here everyone is equal, there isn't a clique threatening to censor and remove you anytime you say something you don't like.
For your information: they are all very close friends to Marina, don't expect any objectivity from them. Even when multiple red flags are presented to them, they will refuse to accept it, because they are unable to believe that their friend would cheat, just like Kevin O'Rourke kept on believing his buddy Robert till the end.
Oh, the rumours of Cockbain having an affair with her aren't exactly new.
What does someone having an affair have to do with running. No wonder you were banned
this is amazing, no? wrote:
http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-kent-11613114So she averaged 57.5 miles a day for a week, and she only got 2 hrs sleep per day, and that was in a controlled environment with zero elevation gain, correct? That seemed to take a lot out of her. Therefore, I still don't understand how she is able to crank out 55+ miles per day for weeks-on-end, with external environmental factors and elevation gain.
I'm not accusing of cheating. I'm sincerely wondering how these gals do it.
This is amazing, no?
Okay, here is more info on this topic, posted by leadville:
https://youtu.be/z6f6unViz5QWow, look at the blisters! That alone would explain her being slower than the current effort.
So far all I've seen on here is that she could have faked data. How is that evidence that she did so?
Unlike other stunt runners she has an actual ultra background & seems to be well up in the results.

Bear in mind s lot of these ultra runs or trail races won't be on po10

We are getting well-informed on her background. But you agree that the WR just doesn't get handed to you based on your background. You still have to go out and do it, and little cheating hear and there is not acceptable (it adds up). So the issue becomes, how is such a WR attempt verified. It is impossible to impractical to have 24/7 impartial viewership of these types of things. Thus, it is essential to have utmost integrity with the latest data recording technology. Mimi knew this going in. Nonetheless, the realtime tracker she picked is lousy for the purposes here. On top of that, they have not diligently paid attention to even using it. Those two things along have raised serious red flags with their current effort.
HEY, MIMI HAS A GARMIN! CHECK IT OUT!
Hey Mimi! You can now take that ridiculous statement off the bottom of your page:
"The tracker’s “speed†is only estimated, based on accelerometer reading from each location update, and not an averaged mph reading. The tracker relies on the availability of 2g and/or 3g networks to transmit the location data. All times are in GMT."
Correct? That is, if you are now actually using one of the Garmin devices that can log up to 1 data point per second. Did you really get a Garmin Inreach, or did your team spoof it to still be able to use the lousy RaceDrone tracker?
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?

How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?

Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
