Quite honestly, I'm amazed at what is being claimed here. Her Strava data says she is pumping out close to 11 MPH cadence a lot of times. I find it amazing particularly when coupled with heat, altitude, age, past injury, etc.
and most importantly, coupled with doing it day after day after day of 50+ miles per day.

No, she took a town road in a the other day rather than the highway which was ~200 metres to the north. Safer, probably, but because the highway was closed or flooded, no.
You will never see that deviation unless you were watching at the time. It is too much of a pain in the arse to go through her Strava and find that deviation. With the Garmin public data Sandy Vi has you can easily find all course deviations.

Actually, Marvellous Mimi is on pace to be the second fast transcon runner of all-time. Only Pete K will have bettered Mimi's performance. Not bad for a 55 year old bird coming of recent knee surgery.

I'm kind of with SW too. I'd like to see at least a week of running on video for a start. There is an awful lot of sloppiness on the part of her team.
Remember how fast Rob Young fell apart when the Geezers showed up. I think a week would tell A LOT.

The more closely I look (from my mum's basement, of course) at Sandy's data and documentation the more impressed I am with Pete K. for coming up with it--plus anyone who helped him.

I think we are splitting too many hairs here with the Garmin vs. Race Drone. Both a fine devices. It's not the devices themselves that are the problem but rather Mimi and her team turning them off or something along that line. Even if Mimi's team had a Garmin Inreach, we would still have the same lack of trust with them right now because we know for a fact they have cell coverage. They could just have easily let a Garmin run out of battery or turned it off. Let's not focus on Garmin vs. Race Drone because it is irrelevant based on the evidence we have.
