Embra is a city on Scotland. The Scots have never bothered with correct spelling, it's more an expressive spoken language than it is written. So, is language is a form of hooked on phonics.

Could you perhaps elaborate on your naming of Tim and Jenny as terrible and jack arse respectively ? I would be so interested to know on what you base your adjectives...do you know them ?
Yes I could.
Jack Arse Jenny.
Urban Dictionary, take your pick:
"jack arse
1. The act of going about business in a randomly idiotic way.
2. The art of turning a mundane procedure into a challenging obstacle.
3. Instead of going about a task in a practical, sane or reasonable manner, one does things in a goofy, silly and ridiculous way."
Terrible Tim.
Read the thread.
Yes I do, enough about them to know they deserve their monikers.
The gap keeps widening. As of 4:53 PM.
Sandy 57 miles
Mimi 49 miles

Great, so now we've got a smart arse Scotsman on the thread (not you 'EmbraScot') who thinks he's clever.
Going by that urban dictionary definition he comes across as a jack arse too.

Mimi should cut the mileage back but she won't.
They are both entangled in that virtual race that they might brake both soon.
Coach Krupski is pushing Sandy over her limits because he thinks she is capable of doing 60+ mile days.
Shins splints is on it's way, it won't be pretty.
Will they boot break or brake soon?
End of day results
Sandy: 13:06 hour day
- 3:58 AM start - 5:04 PM stop
- 59.0 miles in 12:06 move time per Strava
- Boots on the Ground: On Strava there are several photos of runners (4-6) who joined Sandy, including Forrest Gump's twin!
Mimi: 15:41 day
- 3:00 AM start - 6:41 PM stop
- 56.3 miles in 13:58
Terrible Tim and Jackarse Jenny both fecked up the first two weeks thus rendering this walk/jog null and void.
Terrible Tim and Jackarse Jenny both lied about the LR road stalker.
Terrible Tim and Jackarse Jenny are both the moat and castle wall when it comes to trying to find out anything about this Marvelous Mimi adventure and if you can get to them they tend to be, to put it nicely, economical with the truth.
There is more but you'll need to read the thread.

Since reaching the halfway mark it like a new Mimi started running. The speed and mileage have gone bonkers. The rest breaks have increased. The sleep time has decreased. Did someone else run the first half?
Edinburgh is a city IN (not ON) Scotland. People who live in Edinburgh often refer to the city as Embra...as you yourself have. There is a Scots dialect which is not,as you mistakenly assume, misspelt English, but a vibrant sub-language. People can switch between the two depending on the context. Please also don't make sweeping generalisations about posters....I'm a female of English origin, not a Scotsman...not that gender and race are relevant in supposed discussions about running....all you keyboard warriors are hilarious, tapping away furiously convinced by your own conspiracy theories. By all means challenge and discuss, debate is good.....accusations and personal attacks on Mimi and her crew just make you all look stupid

Can I get your number? Still in the game baby!

+1
Conspiracy theories abound while logical conclusions are lacking.

I think that's a bit harsh on some of the posters. I've not posted on this thread, I'm interested in some of the analysis but not yet convinced there is proof of cheating.
However Mimi is behaving appallingly. They screwed up the tracking, blaming Race Drone was not the behaviour of open and honest people.
Mimi's post about somebody following her run being creepy was also appealing. As expected it's led to loads of replies that basically make out that only people who can run with Mimi should are permitted to be interested in following her progress and witnessing the run. She invited people to go watch, by all means suggest they should obey road laws but don't call them creepy and don't limit those who can witness to those who can run.
This is not good behaviour. It is in fact going to cause suspicion, and in my view rightly so.

Thanks for the update. Mimi preserves most of her big lead, but at what cost? She is a machine.
Here are the starts for tracking purposes:

She is not a machine. Her very high heart rate, since day one, is a warning sign to any medical professional. And now the erratic pacing and much long running days. If she were a machine she would be a car running with a cracked engine block. It is only a matter of time before the wheels come off.
At 7:53 AM
Sandy ~18 miles
Mimi ~18 miles (47 min head start)
