Barb is still the RD and there wasn't too much from DMSE in plain sight. To answer your other question I wouldn't run that if you paid me $100,000.
Ha! That seems to be the consensus here.
It appears no one can pay him to run period, except maybe the PD.

Btw, in less than 700 posts the total Rossi thread count hits 30,000.
That number is for the old thread and this one, a few outliers that were squashed and some posts were removed when the original was locked.
So when this thread hits 3151 we'll have an appletini on the house to celebrate Mikes greatest achievement.

Right. As we have learned here from the main person: once one has enough money, one has enough money.

Longest LRC thread ever, first triple Philly loser of the year winner... Mike keeps breaking the records.
You fvckers keep using the kids and wife's names and bringing the family into it. You're going to feel like you just went to Mandalay Bay.
I absolutely KNEW this morning when I heard the Vegas news, it wouldn't be long before some kind of comment about it would be tied into this thread
If LR society is fortunate come 10/30 Mike will go to jail for a celebratory lap and the thread can take a breather.

One has too much money when paying legal bills for an arrest is chump change. Chump change is all Rossi has.

I guess Mikey is on a travel restriction or concert embargo or he'd have been there onsite to post non-stop updates on the best local bars, culinary choices, historic sites, pictures with d list performers, etc
We found out insider info that Mikey has a nervous stomach these days so he prefers to stay close to "the library." This recent race photo truly tells the story:

Don't forget the tales of grandeur he'd have posted of how he saved hundreds with bullets whizzing by his ears, if not for his lighting 3:11:45 speed many more would have died

He could knock his wife to the pavement to ostensibly save her. Win-win for Our Hero.

I think he did that already, at least knock her down, but someone else stepped in to save her.....and as the saying goes, the rest is history. Now, we have feminine hygiene products for the chin.

A sad maggot indeed.
BUMP - because this is a topic that deserves more attention.
Mike Rossi stated people would come forward to support his "claim" that he ran a 3:11:45, but we can't seem to find a single person who did so. Not one. Not one shred of supporting evidence. If you are one of these persons and know anything about Mike's claims, please contact Victor Fiorillo.

As a follow-up to Rossi's to incredulous statement that he does not need to provide proof that he ran VIA when every other legitimate and honest runner had photos taken by professional photographers who essentially acted like timing mats, there this is statement:
Alan Brookes is director of the Canada Running Series, which oversees the Toronto Waterfront Marathon as well as high-profile races from Vancouver to Montreal. Brookes told Yahoo Canada that when the authenticity of a result is called into question, he relies on two confirmation methods: timing mats and photos. Timing mats are usually placed along the course to give runners split times, and to ensure they’re not cutting corners along the route (also called “cutting the courseâ€). The Lehigh Valley course is point-to-point (a straight line from start to finish; it doesn’t go in a loop or out and back), so it doesn’t use timing mats along the course to verify times.
In the absence of timing mats, Brookes said a lack of photos isn’t a good sign.
“That’s a big problem,†he said.
Without timing and photographic proof, Brooke said, the onus shifts to the runner to prove they legitimately finished the race.
https://sports.yahoo.com/news/-dad-of-the-year--boston-marathon-runner-under-investigation-over-qualification-questions-205004421.htmlIt is called sportsmanship, integrity and respect. In Rossi's case, he possesses none of those attributes. If I or anyone else with even a modicum of those characteristics were accused of cheating, I know I would provide (especially after claiming I possess such information) any and all evidence that I had in an effort not only to prove that I accomplished what I set out to do and train for but also to protect my name, my word and reputation.
