It is a misunderstanding your honor, she repeatedly walked on to my fist with her face.

It's the definition of insanity your honor, that someone does something over and over again expecting a different result.
Wouldn't that make you mad too, bro?
That goes without saying.

If a woman was much larger than the man, by weight, and lets say the man was old and weak - wouldn't it be possible to raise a believable self defense argument? Would anyone disagree that Mike is pathetic and weak? He does appear to have been injured and it's pure speculation right now who caused those injuries. Would any of you be surprised if you heard that Mike got beat up by a woman?
I for one would love for his legal defense team to run with a self defense argument. That would be fantastic.

He DOES have a 29 inch waist.

While there has not been testimony yet, I wouldn't go so far as to pure speculation who caused the injuries to Mr. Rossi. While I am no fan of main stream media, I tend to believe that the individual who wrote the story in Philadelphia Magazine using Philadelphia police sources and where he got the mug shot from, is credible in his reporting. If there was any chance that this was self defense, Mr. Rossi would tweeted, texted, Instagramed, Snapped, posted on Letsrun.com, and plastered it anywhere one could think of it by now and would have already filed a civil suit to help his coffers.
I would not be surprised if Mr. Rossi and his 29" waist got tuned up by a woman. But to have defense team just plainly lie and come up with a defense that does not support the facts is not only foolish but unethical.
But I am sure that Mr. Rossi appreciates your suggestion as he is picking up his phone for his attorney, unless of course you are.....
Yeah right. That's why Cindy needs surgery to reset her broken nose???

Are you speaking from first hand knowledge and witness of her broken nose?

First, you are not asking, but shouting. Second, I know the truth and freedom of speech are not snowflake friendly....I'm melting......

Hi Mike, the approved way of getting this done is go to a wireless hotspot and write anonymous threats against yourself before doing this post.

Getting desperate I see now that we know that using the drunk defense is not accepted by the courts (and as if you were even drunk). I recommend you plea insanity because that is the only possible defense you could reasonably try. But knowing your character, you would never admit that you are insane.

What costume should Mike where to his trial?
His Boston Clown costume would be a good choice.

Enter Michael A. Rossi.
Haha, but wow, it definitely doesn't look good for Rossi when you read this:
"Simple assault charges are prosecuted vigorously in Philadelphia because they are often associated with domestic violence. As such, prosecutors believe that in order to defray domestic violence they must seek stiff sentences for simple assault charges."
And then add to that he's hired a firm that use phony paid for best of lists to promote their business you really do wonder if Rossi is a couple of cents short of a dollar, metaphorically and in reality. The fact the fella he's using is ex Temple might have something to do with it I guess.
Perhaps he'd have been better off with Grandpa Grimes and gone for the sympathy angle, lets face it any self respecting judge would feel sorry for him and be a bit more lenient knowing you had to use GG to defend yourself against a domestic violence charge.

I wonder what sort of dollars Mikey is forking out for this kind of representation:

They do practice in the area of "domestic violence" - listed second. i wonder how he found them.
Even if the Cheating at Via didn't happen, eventually Rossi would have disgraced himself with the arrests because the guy has always had an unchecked narcissistic streak his entire life, blaming it an alcohol may be one part of the equation, but social media was as much to blame, social media gave Rossi the means to continually wave his flag and toot his horn, just think, if any other dad in the world got that letter from the principal he'd have said: "rightly deserved, I broke a rule, it's only a form letter, not a personal attack from the principal on me specifically, any other parent would have gotten the same letter" , but Rossi who thinks he is always above the rules, took it as a personal attack and had the gaul & audacity to make a public response, and why? .... NOBODY WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE LETTER, could've been like any other dad and just thrown it away and been done with it. But as in everything else in Rossi world, he has to have the last word in any debate. I would guess the principal is really enjoying this.
His stepfather was a police officer, wasn't he?
If simple ass (how fitting!) is indeed that frequent these police forces charity a folks should know the local lawyers
I was thinking back to when my kids were in kindergarten at Rydal. We got the same exact letter when we got home from our trip to Disney. I was a tad annoyed but found it comical when, at the bottom of the letter, it stated that although pre school is not required by the state of PA the school was required to send the notice. Funny thing is that my kids learned more about life from Mikes trip to Boston than they would in a year at school!

Temple Uni connection and the fact they specialize in this:
"If you have been accused of abusing a family or household member, you must know that a conviction can impact your rights, including your parental and civil rights. At Parkinson, Tarpey & Lloyd, we have more than 40 years of collective experience providing zealous defense to those accused of domestic violence, and we stand ready to assist you as well. All of our criminal defense attorneys in Philadelphia are former prosecutors and, as a result, we have an in-depth understanding of criminal laws and procedures – and we know it from both sides of the courtroom."
