That is not accurate on several counts, and Victor will confirm it. I did not tell Victor that I checked police reports every morning to see if Rossi had been arrested the night before. What I said after his Chesney arrest was that I stumbled upon his arrest while checking court records, something I did not do every morning in fact, had only done once before. Court records are different from police reports. Courts records are open to anyone, police records are not and are not searchable I followed up with Victor on this factually incorrect course of events who admitted that he should have corrected the interviewer on this point as it was the interviewer who had jumped to this conclusion by something Victor had implied.
As for discovering the McGraw arrest and viciously punching a woman, this was not a case of checking records and finding another arrest. Instead, Rossi's FB apology and his fake admission of turning to alcohol due to his self-inflicted soap opera of cheating, lies and bullying raised questions and doubts about what prompted this apparent sudden realization, which was and is totally out of character for such a morally and ethically bankrupt individual.
As a result, recalling that there was a McGraw concert that he and his wife had attended, I checked the court records on a hunch not really thinking there would be anything (more of a case of just ruling something out), and much to my and others' surprise, he had been arrested, again. However, this time instead of criminal trespass, it was for simple assault, an escalation from his arrest just a little over a year prior. The fake FB apology and admission made sense, at least from the convoluted thinking of Rossi's perspective and scheming.
It turned out that this arrest was the reason for his sudden non-apology and admission on FB, not that he had a real, sudden realization that he needed to change. In fact, he made this FB statement just hours after being realeased from jail where he had been until his afternoon preliminary arraignment when he had to post bail and which resulted in the now infamous feminine hygiene-chin bandage mug shot. As a result, he tried to hide his arrest and assault by saying that he had turned to alcohol because of what others had done (rather than what he did by cheating, lying, and threatening and bullying anyone who dared asked or challenged him with legitimate questions and issues, taking a page from a much more famous cheater, Lance Armstrong) over the past 2.5 years. He made this statement on FB in attempt to gain support and sympathy from his feeble and gullible followers on FB, which seemed to initially work. He never thought the arrest would come out. However, once it did, he quickly threw aside what he said on FB about changing his past ways and leaving social media, quickly reverting back to what he knows best....using social media to attack, threaten and bully anyone and everyone by via (no pun intended) Twitter and LR. Make no mistake, he was on Twitter attacking former employers and others.
Realistically, today's preliminary hearing will likely not result in a trial, which will cause him to become more petulant and belligerent. He will once again proclaim he was found innocent, which will not be even remotely close to the truth or accurate. No matter what occurs, it will not and does not change that he unequivocally cheated at VIA and vehemently lied about it and lied about possessing proof he allegedly ran at VIA, as well as it does not change the fact that he has and continues to threaten, stalk and bully anyone, including women and children, who dare challenges him on it and other lies.
