It's over let it go. You're not going to have Mike to kick around any more.

How do you know ExpertKipWatcher never punched a woman? I know that there is no reason to believe he has, but really, how can you make such a declaration on an anon. basis.
I have never punched a woman, this being totally irrelevant other than to demonstrate how easy it is to answer a question even if you don't think it worth answering. As for the Groundhog Day type "let it go" why don't people let go of asking others to let go?

You can claim you're innocent of the charge, but you can't prove you've never done it. This is the same situation Mr. Rossi finds himself in. When one gets smeared in an online witch hunt, how can one clear his name? I hope none of you ever have to experience what he has.

Mike, it's not an "online witch hunt". More like online investigations. Part one was an online investigation of a your impossible BQ at Via. Part two was an online investigation of your Turkey Trot time. And this Part 3 is an online celebration that you cemented the hat trick of being philly's #1 loser by assaulting a woman and blaming alcohol. Congratulations.

Nobody is asking Rossi to prove that he didn't do something.
In the case of the Via Marathon, all he has been asked to do is provide evidence of himself on the course apart from the very start and finish.
In the case of the simple assault, nobody is asking him to disprove anything, it is up to the local police and prosecution to prove he did assault a woman.
I'm surprised that you don't seem to know how the law works.
Hey dufus, wake up, he's not going to prove he was on the course. No one saw him leave the course at any point and return, aka, no witnesses. It's over dufus, get on with your life. You sound like you have more problems than he allegedly does. Sucks to be you dufus.

I'm surprised that you feel the need to respond to everyone, particularly the ones that are clearly trolls, clueless or both. Stop feeding the gremlins.
Thanks for the advice both, but I'm OK thanks.
Best of all you smell springtime fresh.

No, you are trying to make it about me, I'd rather stay on topic - how many pseudonyms now?

ExpertDishWasher is a legend in his own mind.
Looks like our favorite cheater/wife beater/hair plugger just woke up. After a long night of living the dream.
Still in the game.

This is not Rossi, go back and look at the history.
There are a lot worse things you can do in life than hit a woman. Sometimes they have it coming as much as anyone.
If ExpertDishWasher is a woman and ExpertDishWasher hit another woman, would that be ok? Is it only wrong when a man does it or is it always wrong?

Is that is a rhetorical question Rossi?

Assault does not depend on gender. We've all seen the photo Ken posted a long time ago and re-posted here - I don't think any of us can definitively say if Mike is male or female, although it seems he identifies as male. Regardless of whatever sex Mike really is, or identifies as, male or female, (s)he punched a 47 year old woman in the face and as a result has been charged with assault.
