So speaketh our hero Mike Rossi.
Hmm, now which one would Mikey be?

...the wolf, but a toothless cowardly one.
Mike said he would provide evidence AND PEOPLE to support his claims, yet I don't recall a single runner doing so and none have gone "on the record".
Additionally Mike never released the 6 or 7 pics his AOL lawyer Grimes said Mike had showing him on the course.
I would be satisfied if Via gave Mike one week to release the "6 or 7" pics (which Mike said the committee gave him) to prove he was one the course, and incidentally faster than Usain Bolt, or retroactively DQ the cheater.
It won't happen because he's a liar as is the Via race committee...question is why would the committee lie?
We gladly take full credit for being catalyst to this guy finally hitting rock bottom and taking some public responsibility for his demise. LRC was Mike's mirror the whole time - he should really thank us.

I came across this unrelated obituary and saw a familiar name. It looks like Mike's AOL lawyer Grimes had at least one more notorious client (a crooked cop-turned mobster-turned informant named Ron Previte).
http://www.philly.com/philly/obituaries/ron-previte-dies-informant-mob-bosses-philly-20170829.htmlMaybe there is hope for Mike coming clean and then disappearing.

...Rossi refutes that there isn’t photographic evidence of him running the race.
“I have a selfie picture of me at the start and there are photos of me at the finish and video of me finishing the race,†he said.
“The race bib system also documented me at the start and finish. An independent photographer took my picture at the finish.â€
[B}Alan Brookes is director of the Canada Running Series, which oversees the Toronto Waterfront Marathon as well as high-profile races from Vancouver to Montreal. Brookes told Yahoo Canada that when the authenticity of a result is called into question, he relies on two confirmation methods: timing mats and photos. Timing mats are usually placed along the course to give runners split times, and to ensure they’re not cutting corners along the route (also called “cutting the courseâ€). The Lehigh Valley course is point-to-point (a straight line from start to finish; it doesn’t go in a loop or out and back), so it doesn’t use timing mats along the course to verify times.
In the absence of timing mats, Brookes said a lack of photos isn’t a good sign.
“That’s a big problem,†he said.
Without timing and photographic proof, Brooke said, the onus shifts to the runner to prove they legitimately finished the race.
In addition to the race evidence, there’s nothing in Rossi’s running history that indicates he’s currently capable of running a marathon in 3:11:45. The McMillan Pace Calculator is considered to be reliable as an indicator of potential performance. Each of Rossi’s previous races falls well short of what the McMillan calculator would expect from a 3:11 marathoner.
Rossi said the answer to that is simple: he didn’t try very hard in any of his 20 other races.
“I focused my training to peak for the LV race in order to hopefully qualify for Boston,†he said.
“My race history…is not indicative of my performance level but my training does show an ability to run a sub 3:15 marathon. Many of my races were run for fun or were performed while I had documented injuries.â€
Yahoo Canada asked if Rossi had any GPS logs of his training, or of his race at Lehigh Valley. He said yes, but declined to provide them for verification.
Well there you have it. The 6 or 7 photos that either his attorney has claimed exist or that Rossi himself has claimed existed, are the ones at the starting line or at the finish line. He did not say that he had pictures of himself anywhere else on the course. Why? Because he and we both know that they do not exist.
Also, who in their right mind, no matter what level runner you are, runs a race and does not try. The only way to get better is to push oneself and a race is a test of readiness and whether you are progressing and moving towards peak performance. Isn't pushing and testing one's readiness part of making sure that you peak for a particular race?
Michael A. Rossi of Rydal, PA - your logic is not only lies but quite convoluted. Thankfully, your own words and lies are memorialized into perpetuity as long as the Internet stays up.
Until Mike comes clean on his cheating and offers sincere apologies to those he threatened or wronged it is clear he has not changed and is still the mean-spirited, spiteful, violent person he has always been. The current 'apology" is just another lie in his bag of tricks he uses on gullible people.
We aren't them and we aren't buying his BS. He will continue to fail in spectacular fashion and that is were the smart money lies.
Hello, I have been asked to coach Mike Rossi for a marathon this Spring. I have accepted and we will begin training next week, although he has been running decent mileage. I believe at the moment he is shape for 3:15 - 3:21. His goal will be either be to qualify or PR. We have not decided and will make that decision closer to race day.
I do not want to give my name out but I will go by the initials A.N. As far as anything that has happened in the past, it is not my business and I frankly don't care. All I know is in what kind of shape he is in right now. Thank you.

Will you be working on the punching bag? I hear his right hook is weak.
Also, will any training revolve around wearing feminine hygiene products on his chin?

Why wait? Sounds like Mike is ready to rock this fall. And since he blazed a 3:11 at Lehigh Valley, what's stopped him from running sub-3:20 any old time he feels like it? Seems fishy to PR in a big way but then inexplicably disappear for a few years. Especially when the entire running world believes the 3:11 was fraudulent to begin with. But good luck with his training program, and be sure to keep us posted. Is he hoping to go sub-3 this time?

Maybe Barb McKeever gave him a free entry to the VIA marathon. The two MENSA members are putting together a program at the race this year. For every woman Mike runs faster than, McKeever will donate a dollar to the Barb McKeever fund.
It's called the "Mike Rossi beats women and Barb McKeever profits" event.
Yes!!!!
i can say with all honesty we have seen him on the trail very recently, at least 3 times in the last month. I'm not criticizing but will just give an honest opinion from observations. He is usually running apx between 8:10 and 8:30 pace . I know pace is not that important because there are different types of runs but.....During these runs the duck kick is still pronounced and he seems like he's working pretty hard to maintain. I just want to say I have nothing against him but cannot imagine he is anywhere close to 3:15 shape right now.

He has gotten older and slower so the lie of the 3:11 will remain forever. Plus he's not going to be seen anytime soon at local races. The ridicule would lead to him getting his panties in a bunch resulting in another ride to lockup.

It's all about the bass, no treble, and his 29" waist. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.
Have their been any more developments since the concert fisticuffs mentioned in the first page or just 42 pages of losers playing grabass?

IT's like watching quadriplegics wrestle.

Yeah, I think the posts that have been made since mine have answered my question.

Aside from "losers" like Alcee Hastings adding to the post count, there has not been much...
