I'm getting emotional and I just already ran 11 miles today. I am certain this topic will help a lot of us.
Please help me! What do I do to not think about it/get over it?
To be honest, it feels like torture. And sometimes I just do push ups afterwards, but is there any other way?
I like to rub one out.
I always do that, and then usually I take a really hot shower afterwards.
But is this healthy? Is this the only way to cope with it?
Or would I be a sociopath if I didn't let it get to me? What's the proper way to react to this situation?

What I learned was... that it's always better/preferable to let the good memories shine over everything else, even if there were truly more bad memories than I could handle.

I used to believe in monogamous/true love. I'm in my mid 20s.
But ever since these dating apps came, it's so easy to move on to someone else. All the connections and stories/experiences you've shared with each other - you knock it off instantly.
What struck me was that when one of my friends broke up with her boyfriend, in less than a month she was in a new relationship. I actually liked her but I was emotionally invested in someone else and I refused to be the person that takes advantage of someone who's down.
But in the end, I turned out to be alone and I've been alone for a while.
I'm starting to believe that being a fvckboy is the only way. That's what everyone turns into.
