I'm reading Arnold's autobiography, Total Recall, and it is excellent. One thing I noticed though, he mentions many of his co-stars in his films, pretty much all of his big co-stars from his big films, sometimes with lengthy stories as well, and he occasionally mentions others he had a bit of trouble working with. He talks about James Earl Jones, Jeff Bridges, Sally Field, Jesse Ventura, Stallone, Danny Devito, Jamie Lee Curtis, Linda Hamilton, etc, but he never mentioned even once Carl Weathers, something I found curious given he dedicated quite a bit of time in the book to Predator and the fact Weathers had a big role in the film and was very well known at the time given the Rocky films. I thought about it a bit more and found it odd that Carl Weathers never became bigger than he did given how handsome, rugged, and charismatic he was, not to mention how great of a voice he had. I have to wonder if maybe he was a total pain in the arse to work with but could not find anything on google. Anyone have any idea?
