This Monday I ran a 4 mile tempo run at high altitude (7,700 feet).The average pace was 5:15 per mile and it was definitely my hardest workout ever.
This Thursday I traveled back to the US at sea level and on Friday did a 8x400m workout with 2 min rest between each. The splits were 65,62,62,63,63,64,61,57.
Can I run sub 15 for 5k?
My mileage at altitude was maxed out at 50 mpw?
