I'm 16, 5'10 and 130 pounds. Where I live it is currently winter and the track season will be starting in late October. Here are a few sessions I've ran recently:
Today: 300m, 60 50 40, 200m, 60, 50 40, 150m, 60, 50, 40. There was a 15 minute break after each 40m, during the break I ran for 10 minutes and walked a little. The times I hit were 38.2, 24.5 and 18.2. The short sprints weren't timed.
Last Thursday: 3 sets of 3x300m, with 60 seconds between each rep and 10 minutes between the sets. I did each rep in 47, with the last being in 42.
Last Monday: 14x200m, with 60 seconds recovery between each rep. I did them in 25 - 31, with the last in 25.
What shape do you think I am in? I am hoping to improve my current PB of 54.58, which was set last November before I got injured.
