Just started running seriously 6 months ago, 16 years old male. What do I need to work on the most for the 800m based off of these workout times:
6x1000m with 2 min rest: all 3:40
8x400m with 2 min rest: all 1:10
10x 200m with 1 min rest: all :30
All were with light jog recoveries
Also what do you think I can run the 800m in,
