Hey guys, so I ate way more than I anticipated today (~5000 when my maintenance is ~3000) and have a scheduled long run tomorrow in the morning.
My question is, would all of the calories that I consumed today be able to spill over and help in my post-recovery window after the long run instead of having me to (presumably) force-feed myself? I say this because usually after days like today i'm still pretty stuffed until the next day and don't feel like eating for the majority of the morning.
Thoughts?
