I'm going to be going for a BQ (Boston Qualifying) time in a marathon in 10 days. I ran a pretty grueling marathon course with quite a bit of hills yesterday. Anyways I don't feel like I tapered enough for my last half marathon. Any tips should I still get some hard workouts in the weekend before or should I start my tapering now. Any advice on how you guys taper for a big race would be much appreciated! :)
