Hi this morning my team had a tough xc workout and I lead the pace and was doing that for like 25/30 mins that was our steady state and right at the 25 I got heavy breathing and my heart pounded and my throat felt tight and I started to weez and I fell back. Is it just a random Occurance? Last season I got this a ton like every race and I was always dissapointed but this season started really well and I hope it's okay. What could it be?
