I want to run sub 1:43 for the 800m one day and I was just curious what type of workouts a sub 1:43 800m runner would do? Just to have an idea

There you go.
You could read through Nick Symmonds' 2012 training log. A staple of his training was getting hammered every Saturday night and skipping his Sunday workout because he was too hungover to run. Somehow that produced a sub 1:43.
Yeah getting hammered every Saturday night isn't going to work for me
Makhloufi's workout didn't seem too challenging. I'm curious what type of workouts David Rudisha does?

0/10 you probably couldn't even run 100 meters at makhloufi's workout pace.
How are your genes.
Did you pick the right parents?

I'm not saying his workout wasn't hard. I just thought it would be more challenging. The rest seemed a bit long imo

1:44 800m as a training rep 'isnt that challenging'???!
You should practice praying. Only way sub 143 happens if youre not Donovan Brazier or Clayton. Even with drugs the brits cant do it
Start off by inventing a time machine and somehow manipulating who your parents were? Maybe try to get Coe and KratochvÃlová to shack up for a night. Then worry about the workouts.

I guess you're trolling but: Buy Nick Symmond's book. He ran 1:42:X in 2012 and he brought out a book where the build up is shown. And when you feel like Mak's workout isn't that challenging you should probably go out, run a 1:44' 800 and then report back how you felt after a couple minutes of rest ;-)
