I've been running since 8th grade and I'm going into senior year of high school now, but only this summer I started throwing up after running. This happened three times in the past month. What do y'all suggest for stopping this? I've been doing more MPW now is the main difference to before, do you think the Texas heat makes this worse, like overheating? In which case I should probably run early in the morning instead of 6pm. Or maybe because I started drinking Gatorade when running? Should I just stick to water? But I heard Gatorade helps with electrolytes, which is why I started drinking it.
