I run around my neighborhood when I'm not in practice. So I run on the roads and I'm not sure If that has an affect.
When I run at school there's trails + fields with grass.
But I'm ticking off 7:20 to 9:00 minute mile pace around my neighborhood. It feels good, my legs aren't heavy or anything. It feels easy but too good to be true. I'm relaxed, I'm trying to practice good form. (Either that or the Nike run club app is inaccurate) But when I'm at school... I'll be lucky if i can throw down a sub 10 minute mile. SO I don't know if it's the surface or what...
Feedback would be appreciated.
My neighborhood is a few streets and cul de sacs that i run all over several times.
