How accurate has the Garmin race predictor been for those out there that have used it? My most recent long run in marathon prep calculated a vo2max of 55 and race times that are right around a 3 hour marathon. In the past I have had values of 54 when in very good shape down to 51 when not. I have seen the race predictor be fairly accurate but maybe a little fast. Anyone else pay attention to theirs?
