Hello! For varsity soccer we need to run 2 miles under 13 minutes. Over the weekend I ran it in about 14 flat. I am not really experienced in running distances that long. Are there any tips (pacing, breathing, strategy) that could decrease this time?
PS: The run is soon so I don't have time AT ALL. Yes, I should have prepared better but I didn't realise that it was that hard; I can run a mile in 6 minutes so I thought it would be just double that :(
