Hello letsrun community,
Just a noobie here looking for some training advice to run what I consider good times in middle distance. I currently can run 2:22 for 800 and 5:30 for 1600. I've been running for almost a year and never got over 15 mpw consistently.
I've started base building and over the next 12 weeks hope to get myself in shape to run my goal times. Any tips on how to structure my training to maximize my improvement? I already plan on building up to 25 mpw and maybe 30 if things go smoothly.
