The course I am supposed to run tomorrow is a terrible course and it is the same conditions as the side of a ditch you see driving down the high way. Uneven footing the entire way where the grass slopes from a side and you have to run basically sideways. Course isn't mowed and has grass nearly waist-high, after about 100 meters there is a super small gap and the course width is only 5 feet at some points. I hope to run around 18:30 and my PR is 16:43, but I'm not sure about tactics with footing, drafting, up hills, and how to not roll an ankle.
