NAU got Mitchell Small From New Zealand. He has run 8:19 for 3k which converts to 8:55 for 3200m. You were right that Beamish and Baxter have really done well for NAU. With Small and Raff they will be reloading. If they get Hasty then wow

NAU has gotten some good pickups, itd be nice if someone can make a list or something of you've people have gotten to see whos gotten the best class here
Syracuse can add in top Canadian Thomas Witkowicz to their recruiting class. OFSAA XC champ this year and has run 8:30 for 3000m on the track. Represented Canada at Commonwealth Youth Games.
Clayton Mendez (IL runner up) to Stanford.
Why would Mwaura or any other top recruit go to okstate nowadays? their program has been on a gradual downfall and smith isnt the coach he once was
Is Mwaura going to Oklahoma State?
Yes, he committed over the weekend
Peters has committed to Wisconsin
still haven't seen anything official about Mwaura

Not too many guys left on the board. If Hasty picks NAU, they will be fighting Notre Dame for the top class as they got Raff and that New Zealand guy. Interesting to note that Oregon has none of these guys and have only signed mid distance runner Josh Hoey. Jacob McLeod will likely go to a school in the southeast. The only thing left is to see what Hasty does.
McLeod going to Belmont.
Hasty is basically the last piece, any other outliers that haven’t signed?
I see Wisconsin also picked up the Michigan State Champ, Shuaib Aljabaly
John Tatters Michigan is ranked 20th but Aljabaly beat him at state, so is it fair to rank him 20th.
Tatter is the NC state champ so.....
Tatter is from NC and won the state championship in NC. You may be thinking about Cole Johnson who took 2nd in the largest division in the Michigan state championship. Alijabaly ran a faster time than Johnson.
On a separate, but related note, Michigan's women's team is having a stellar recruiting year. They've signed Theis and Forsyth from Michigan, as well as Maddy Denner from California.

Are you sure?
Wait for it.....
McLeod going to Belmont.[/quote]
That is ridiculous
I guess committing to Florida or Georgia tech or another big state school would be better? Oh yeah, Belmont beat those schools at regionals. Truth is, there are very few "power house" running programs in the country. The rest just go to regionals and celebrate running D1 XC. Why not go where you want to go and get an education? Last time I checked, Georgia, Auburn, FSU, UNC, UT were getting ready to watch nationals from their dorm room this weekend.
