Does anyone else use the strength of their morning wood as a measure of health? I can usually tell if I haven't been sleeping or eating well or perhaps if I'm overtraining.

.24 meters of strength!!
Interesting you posted this. I do use this as a metric of overall stress, sleeping, and overall masculine health. However, I think time and schedule have a factor in it.
For example, if I sleep 9-10 hours and wake up at 5am to run, I will not having morning wood. But when I sleep in a bit on a weekend I will get morning wood around 6am regardless of much sleep I get. I think my body has some kind of internal clock
Sometimes I got morning wood in the late afternoon.
IDK, when I was in my 20s and 30s I would get morning wood, maybe once a week. Now in my 50s a I get wood every morning. I don't equate it with overall health
If I stay up late drinking, I often wake up with hardwood to beat all wood. Something to do with nitric oxide.
Anyway, waking up with an erection and no woman to utilize it is a zero-sum game.
All the time...hence my nickname "Woodie." 😉😎
I prefer to use a protractor to measure the angle from pelvic region. Congrats though I looked up the conversion to inches.
I measured it..... wrote:

its probably a more accurate and reliable indicator than HRV.
Nocturnal emissions are perhaps a better measure of overall health and horniness.
Morning wood, which is also known as morning erections are faced by many men. This is better defined as an end tail of night-time erections. It can occur to men even five times and generally seen in young guys.
You can visit the below blog to know everything about morning erections.

Over 60 here, morning wood a distant memory.
Now, I see a wilted flower.
Sigh.
I had morning wood about once every few weeks when I was 14, once every few months at 20 and virtually never since 30. I'm not joking. What does it mean?
I never realized that any guy ever didn't wake up with an erection (though admittedly I haven't given much thought to the topic). I've had morning wood every single day since I was about 11 years old. Just figured it was as routine as any other body function for all guys.
