Yes, you are missing something. She's not walking, she's interval training. Either that or using a walk/run strategy popular on couch to 5k programmes as well as being used for most running world records.

FMD, she's tearing up the road - that screenshot clearly shows her knocking out an eleven minute mile, going downhill, on mile 14 of a 16+ mile run! Her quads will have taken a real hammering but she's got world class endurance so will fight through the pain and probably set another third fastest mile of all time tomorrow (10:15 is the pace she needs to beat).
Run, Amy, run your an inspiration. I can hardly wait for tomorrow.
(P.S. Does anyone here know how to do the unicorn emoji? Or any emoji, just to get me started? I really wanted to improve this post with a unicorn emoji and a heart but I don't know have any experience of that stuff).
