Rookie mistake made today. I didn't take on enough water so have the biggest head ache! So I'm going to try and get some sleep! Thanks for all the nice messages Today â¤ï¸

This disaster will be fun to watch.

I made it 🙌ðŸ»ðŸ™ŒðŸ»ðŸŒ´one island down... 3 to go ðŸƒðŸ»â€â™€ï¸ðŸƒðŸ»â€â™€ï¸I stopped for a coffee break 8.9 miles in(it is national coffee day after all 😜) and it was a slow end but who cares-these are the stats I know your really interested in:
Over 100 bag adjustments
50 hair changes
At least 2 litres of sweat lost
Between 10-15 creepy old man beeps
Around 10 Indra stories recorded
Maybe 2-3 really bad double chin photos
Definitely 1 bra size lost and you'll be pleased to know I had 100% knicker durability 😜😜😜
Just to prove I wasn't lying about the double chin stats 👇ðŸ»ðŸ‘‡ðŸ»

Rookie, FMD I thought she was a seasoned, hardened ultra runner, WTF is going on.
Also, do we know for sure it's her wearing the Garmin?
Just askin'.

Pathetic and sad, all the classic signs of a Narcissistic Personality Disorder sufferer.
Why is she always going on about her bra and knickers?
No-one has mentioned things like that.
Like when she invented stories we said she was fat, when no-one ever did.
So she's done a 12 and a 3 mile run and is already knackered. Yet boasts she will do 400 miles. Okay, have a nice jog luv.
You guys have obviously never tried to run 3.5 miles in 45 minute if you think it's easy.
And of course she's dehydrated and exhausted after such a mammoth effort. Even for a champion ultrarunner that will catch up to you.

thats what you get for only doing 350 mile weeks in training plus strength work and yoga.
you really need to get more time on your feet if you're going to undertake a challenge of this magnitude.

She also does sprint stuff a couple of times a week as part of her ultra training. Surely that should be enough?
According to her website Amy is going to be running 140 miles around the coastline of Ibiza in four days. She started today by covering 6.4 miles with an average pace of 16:15 per mile. So not even a brisk walk. Only 28.6 miles remaining for today!

3.5 miles is pretty tough when you already done 10 miles. You will never understand.
Today she did already another 6.4 miles in 1:54:24. That shows what a world class ultrarunner Amy Hughes really is.
https://www.strava.com/athletes/25394221She is the second coming of Rosie Ruiz except more flambuoyant.
Did she take down her first two "runs" on Strava? I can't see them anymore.
I was looking for inspiration this Monday morning and now I have to look elsewhere :(
Look at the amount of selfie stops:
According to her last video on facebook, Amy didn't plan her run well. She needs to run on roads since there are no nice coastal trails.

Great excuse for getting only a couple miles done every day.
6.4 miles in 1 hour 54 minutes. That must be a new Guinness World Record!
It seems our favourite multi-day ultra runner is having a tough time today...6,4 miles at just over 16:16/mi average....

Given her running pedigree I expect she'll soon kick on and blast out a few fast 10k's....it worked for her in the WR Treadmill Run.
Poor Amy.
I think she is still exhausted from her World Record run. 450 miles was a lot.
this is bad for someone that ran 53 marathons in a row
Another 6.3 mile run today.
Huge improvement, she did it in 1:31.
Why can't she hold 5:30/km pace for even a KM?
