Tim Cooke Dave, having read the letter, it's addressed to Amy and it doesn't make any demands at all.
It's also true to say that the petition wasn't started by Amy, but it does seem to be something she indirectly asked for. In your opinion, should be the petition be cancelled now?
On the subject of funds, which the letter mentions, as a charity trustee are you in a position to account for whatever amount has been raised and how the money is being held and/or distributed?

Dave Keighley Tim Cooke the petition was started by someone else that is his business
not mine.
The charity is governed by the charity commission we follow all their rules or we wouldn't be operating.
The charity as all charity has a governing document which outlines the charity role which is available from the charity commission.
I know where the author is going with it as other people didn't give money to where they said. Like I said to him in email go to the charity commission they are official we are official he is not.
