I have been base training for my upcoming xc season as a soph. As a short background, at running camp I got a concussion and was told by several doctors that I cant run for about the next 3 weeks let alone have any physical activity minus your typical walking around a store kind of stuff. I am extremely sad because I put so much work into this season already and so far it isn't looking so hot if I have missed this much training and lost so much fitness. Any ideas on what I can do to cope right now and stay mentally strong for this season? (I am one of the top cross country runners in the state and had some strong goals as far as the state meet this year) Thanks... your concussed friend.
