Last night I was lifting and I'm not sure exactly which lift did it but as I was leaving my hamstring started to bother me. I'm assuming it was either squats or leg curls. It doesn't really hurt all that bad but it's just kinda nagging. I took today off from running and am going to see how it feels tomorrow. My guess is it's just a slight strain and it probably just needs a couple days of rest hopefully but if anyone else has some insight I'd appreciate it
