Hey Everyone!
Im 19 years old and just started running 2 weeks ago. I am not in the greatest shape, and would like to improve my times. I run the 5k in 30 minutes, and last night i ran 7k in 43 minutes (my longest run yet). I know its not good times, but everyone has to start somewhere. I would love to be able to run 5k in sub 25 minutes, and perhaps a 10k in around 50 minutes. Im quite new to the whole running community, so i honestly don't know what a good time is, and how hard it is to improve. Does anyone have any training plan i can follow to most efficiently improve my times? Also, how much improvement would be possible to reach in about 3 months. Im about 6 ft (183 cm) and 70 kg, so im not overweight. Hope someone can help me out here :)
