Hey y'all, last season I ran an ~56 second 400 during a 4x4 w/o much training after an injury. I also ran a 4:56 mile the week after. I am wondering whether I should consider moving over to the 400 for my senior year of HS, or keep with the mile, or try both. I've talked to plenty of D3 and a few D1 coaches, and most of them seemed fine with my mile time and would like to have me on their team. (esp. D3). I ran the same time for the mile the year before but didn't try the 400. I am also a low 16s 3 mile (I'm from SoCal) and about 5'6 and 105 pounds if that helps. thanks
