Hi so slight issue running lately. Guess my body isn't like it used to be 4 to 5 year's ago. I could go 16 to 18 miles with a 22ounce water bottle before I finished it. Now around mile 10 I am done.
I am not sure if it is the heat causing me to drink more or what. For now my solution is going to do loops so I can drop a second bottle off and refuel.
However, curious on what your preference is. Do you enjoy 2 handhelds, waist pack, 2 bottles on the back, or hydration back pack? Debating if I should carry more fluid with me.
So eons ago when I attempted to run my first marathon was on this odd kick of going natural to fuel up. Cranberry juice, salted pretzels, pineapples, and cherry juice. Mostly loop running. I can tolerate a half a peanut butter sandwich every 10 miles.
Looking to fuel up with something portable any suggestions?
