Last xc season, I ran 17:35 off of 30-35 mpw. During track, I ran 10:26 (3200) and 4:55 (1600). Being a guy, that means I'm on varsity but not winning meets or anything. Over the summer, I am averaging 50 mpw with a long progression run and a fartlek run weekly, and adding 1k repeats @5k race pace starting this week. My other mileage is easy recovery pace (7:30-8:00) or steady (6:30-7:15). Can you give me a prediction of a good goal time for xc season? Thanks
