Medals and wins > times
Centro, Scott, and Ryun are/were better but Webb top 5 along with Silver medalist Manzano.
Unfortunately history will not be kind to him.
3:46.91 was drug running ..he ran with guilt after that ..thus the shitbird performances after the great 2007 season
When Webb retired he had no hair apparent.

The best for sure. As the holder of the AR, as well as the HS indoor and outdoor records he was great.
3:46 and 3:53 are ridiculously strong records. I don't see them breaking in this generation.
