My analyses about it is that it can be a nice funny way of training at light interval paces....but.....I don`t think a method like this can produce a runners optimal performance. I don`t say it is a very bad method with intervals every day because it has been practiced by many great runners threw history like Zatopek and f.ex the Swedish world class middle distancer Dan Waern. But scientific training of today knows that there is 3 mainly factors that the runner have to develop to reach optimal individual performance, maxVO2-pace, threshold pace and aerob distance-pace. Training correct is about that we call super compensation and then the runner needs good rest and recovery between the faster efforts. As we know it takes sometimes 48 hours to fully recover from a quality workout and sometimes even up to 72 hours.
