You're quitting at 10 pages? It doesn't look like you've got what it takes. Good at BS and excuses though.

Nah, no way. He can't resist responding. Tick tock tick tock the clock winds down on hi sub 1:50
I managed to find a video of NIH trying to run the hurdles.
Check it out.

That is why I will succeed in the 800M, over and over again when the time has come.
If there was an attractive girl and you had to choose between her and running at your highest level, which one would you choose?
You guys would cave in instantly.
Observe me in September. How about dah.
You've been quiet. How's the training going? Or did you maybe finally go to a track and realize that 1:50 is not easy and now you're hiding?
Seulement je peux courir sur la haine pure

I wouldn't have to choose. I could stop training and still destroy you off nothing more than the aerobic benefits of nigh non-stop sex.

When your highest achievable level is somewhere close to the speed of a semi-serious jogger, choosing the girl is the obvious answer.

Even if we assume for a second that you may be capable of 1:50, you will need 2-3 races in the season to get race-sharp (if you don't believe me, look at what Nick Simmonds and any other 800mt specialist does). If you want to run your best in September, make sure you plan 1-2 "training" races in the weeks before your "goal" race.
Given what you have posted on your previous times and the type of training you are doing, I would target 2:20 in September. I'd be surprised if you can break 2:10.

It's been a month. September is a week away. Which meet will you run for sub 1:50? I personally am not aware of any fall track meets ...
Have you run any tune-up races? How have they gone?
Just as I thought ...
if you are a real runner, you train to run in real life situations. There are three situations: against the clock, chase someone/something down, and run away from someone/something.
The third kind is a challenge you CAN'T refuse or you might die. If you are a series runner you have to prepare for the unexpected person trying to run you down. If someone looks like they're trying to catch up with you, you should not let them. Stay ahead at all costs! Pretend they mean to kill you - after all, there's a very slight chance that they do.
Then you will get a great workout that will help develop a strong mind that can win races from the front, like Bekele. Do you suppose Bekele would let some random bozo just run up and pass him on his training run? That's why he's the GOAT.
NAME IN HIDING!
It is now September. Tell us about your sub 1:50. Link to results, also please.

Yep, just like I thought ... what a fraud.
I'm guessing this assclown can't even hit sub-3:00.
Hey! any update? did you break 2:20? That would be awesome!

No surprise, he has totally disappeared from LRC. I'm guessing he finally went to a track and realized he could barely run a 70s 400.
