I'm betting you're not an exceptional athlete.
Sure you might have nice PRs compared to average people. Or you have your confidence so crushed that you can't believe that people can do exceptional things and they all don't have to follow your training plan.
Everyone's bodies respond differently to training. What worked for you and didn't work for you - you can't put that on others.
Also the 800m is a hybrid event. Unless you want to lecture me on a really good training plan, I follow Nick Symmonds' workout except the gym strength training. I do strength training at home.
