I disagree that an easier path is a requirement for niche jobs. Running is not a job. And any real job should be given to a qualified American or Americans should be trained to do it.
Niche jobs for foreigners means "people that will work for less pay" not that are more qualified...in nearly all cases. How many college grads, PhDs etc do American universities turn out annually? (Hint: A lot)
Still,I agree that Chez, if eligible, should be, and should have been hellbent on getting in wcap. It's the deal of a lifetime.
Sounds to me like he has no plan, which is sad.
- Agree, Chez either had no plan or failed-to-execute ... I also find it fascinating that many posters blame folks from his NJ HS or Oregon for "dropping the ball" on his citizenship package. Whatever happened to individual responsibility? Furthermore, I find it fascinating that folks indirectly characterize our immigration policy ... between HS & college, our nation's provided a Kenyan citizen with a PHENOMENAL High School & College education package. By now, Chez should have figured it out ....
- WCAP: the biggest immigration scam this nation has going ... guarantee not one of these soldiers could pass a Civics Test ... hold their breath for 3 months of basic training in a highly structured environment & you are now eligible for citizenship. These guys are welcome to serve, but not offered citizenship until they complete their initial enlistment under "honorable conditions."
