My honeymoon -- and that's it.
Sadly I had a job for five years with no vacation policy at all -- "up to your manager" -- and even then I didn't take advantage because I'm stupid and thought it wouldn't help me with upward mobility. I took the occasional 2 or 3 days off and that's that. Meanwhile my peers were taking 3 week vacations once or even twice a year. One guy went to Thailand for 5 weeks. And when the company went through financial issues we all got laid off... So much for my mobility; now all I'm left with is regret.
Learn from my mistake please! Life is too short to give your soul to a job.

Sad that most of you leave so much on the table and feel some sort of guilt from leaving for a decent amount of time. I'm sure most of you are setting up your financial future to a higher degree, but I'm enjoying my day-to-day life quite a bit. My suggestion is to plan trips well ahead and start the momentum of airline miles via credit cards/bonuses to book your flights. Kenya/Mozambique coming up in August for 3 weeks. Ciao.
