Fair enough. Last race in London. Good riddance.
Prediction: sit with move to front 600m to go...7:37 big kick to win...slaps head and does mobot.

I'll be pleased to see the back of this circus. Ever since this joker started doing the Mo bot down the home straight in the UK champs 1500 and disrespecting all competitors he lost my vote.

The field does NOT matter in this race, what Matters is the time 7:26.62 the European Record by Belgium's Mourhit, Farah has the European Records at 1500, 10000, and Half Marathon, Farah wants to add the 3000 and 5000 Records (12:49 also by Mourhit) this year, then go to the Marathon. Farah's indoor World Record 2 mile of 8:03 set last year equates to a 7:27 so he is very close.
Hopefully he gets the 3000 European Record Tomorrow, and the 5000 European Record later in the season and then gets the Marathon European Record of 2:06.10 (By Kaan/Mike Kigen of Turkey) in the next couple of years.

Farah has NO CHANCE at any of those records.
^ Farah's best is 7:32 and he was trying. He can't string together that many sub 60's, it is well beyond his redline.
He CAN'T. Don't get me wrong, he's pretty good, beats a lot of people, but he can't do that.

Farah's Indoor 2 Mile World Record equates to a 7:27.73, I guess we will see in a few hours if he can get Mourhit's 7:26.62 for 3000 European Record.

Only if he is in another frame of reference accelerated to a significant fraction of the speed of light does the additional 218 meters take 36 seconds. That's 200 in 33, or 66 second pace for an extra 7% beyond something run at sub 60 pace. Nope.
It's not like that: physically, a 3218m is marginally slower than a 3000m in equal conditions so maybe they would add 5 seconds to the 3000m mark + 32 or so to the last 218 meters.
Therefore 7:27 + 37 (32 + 5) which is 8:04 seems reasonable.
This theory would have been interesting when he DID run the 8:04 or 8:03 can't really remember actually. (that's how memorable this record is).
7:35 if he really tries today.
It seems likely that he's less doped these days given the scrutiny. I don't see him running a crazy fast time.

He's already ran 13 flat this year in pretty rough conditions for distance running...... so get out of here with that BS, he won't go under 7:30 because he simply can't imo, his best is 7:32 all-out 100% effort

Considering the pace they are asking for is 5:06-7 through 2K, 7:26 seems highly unlikely.
Last race in London? He's back there in 3 weeks time for at least 2 races.

So how did he manage 3:28

The same way makhloufi, iguider, cacho, and baala did. That's an easy answer.
