Hi there, this saturday I just ran my first halfmarathon in 1h19.21, I am happy with my time eventhough I raced like an idiot at midrace I was in the 1h15 department ahahaha.
I would like to get some advice to improve my half marathon time and my 10k time which is 35.47, I train 5 or 6 time a week, I usually do interval 5x 1000m around 5.20 miles per minute, one "long run" of 10 miles, one tempo run, and 2 easy days usually on the trails. My current mileage is around 50 miles per week
I am 21, and I run since 2 years, well I am running seriously since 6 month.
