Last year was my freshman year and my first year running at all.
Going into XC, having not trained too much over the summer, I didn't have the best season, running a PR of 19:14 for 5k.
I improved a lot during track season though, running 2:09 in the 800 and 4:50 in the 1600 outdoors.
I haven't raced anything over 1600 seriously since my last XC season and have absolutely no idea what I am going to be running and what I should set my goals at.
I'll be training for the entirety of the summer.
