Hi, so usually run 1 long run on my weekend off 8 to 10 miles. Today's long run will hopefully be my first 10 in eons. Back on track the next weekend off run another long run. Usually 2 weeks in between. Some times if I have time during the week I will do a long run about 7 to 10 days after my long run.
So I am running a long run today and planning to run another long run Thursday or Friday.
During the week I would probably do 2 3 mile runs. One Monday and Saturday. Do a Double Sunday, so kind of a rest day (6 miles of walking).
So my schedule look like:
Sunday: 10 Miles
Monday: 3 Miles
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Gym/Eliptical
Thursday: Gym/Eliptical
Friday: 10 Miles
Saturday: 3 Miles
Does that sound doable or scrap the second long run?
